What this site collects
This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server. The contact form uses basic spam protection that does not track you.
Server logs
Like most web servers, ours records basic request information such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. We use these logs only to operate and secure the site, and we keep them for a limited period.
When you contact us
If you use our contact form, email or call us, we use the information you provide, such as your name, company, email, phone number and message, to respond to your request and provide our services. Contact form submissions are stored in our service management system (HaloPSA). We do not sell your information.
Scheduling
If you book a time with us, scheduling is handled by Microsoft Bookings, which is subject to Microsoft's privacy statement.
Links to other sites
Our client portal, remote support and payment pages are operated by third-party providers and have their own privacy practices.
